Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period: Returns can be requested within 15 days after receiving the goods. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Product Requirements: Returned items must be unused, with intact hangtags and original packaging. Damaged or used goods will be rejected upon receipt.
3. Shipping Fee Rule: Customers shall bear all round-trip shipping fees for returns.
4. Return Handling Fee: A 15% warehousing handling fee based on the order amount will be charged for all returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made goods, digital products, intimate undergarments, and Final Sale discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Replacement for Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged merchandise, please submit photos showing the damage within 24 hours. We will send a free replacement without requiring you to return the damaged item.
7. Refund-Only Rule: Refund-only requests without valid quality issues will be denied.
